All our products (except for chains) are handmade an therefore take a while to manufacture. Please allow +/- 10 working days for manufacturing (depending on amount of work required, and orders on hand). Commissions that are custom and not on the site, may take longer as creativity can not be measured by time. If you require something in a shorter period, please contact us via email for a special quotation/arrangement.
All products are delivered to your door @ R120.00; please ensure that as much as possible information is supplied with order to ensure there is no mix up with delivery. Please allow 3 – 5 work days from dispatch. If a shorter time for delivery is required please contact us via email for a special quotation/arrangement.
Our products are handmade which means every product is unique and might have a slight variation from the photo on the website, if you are not completely sure of the composition of a piece please email us and we will send you pictures of different angles of the piece if available.
Because there are so many variations with engraving we request that you send us an email detailing your requirements for us to be able to send you a quote accordingly.
All our jewellery pieces are designed and manufactured to be worn but like any jewellery worn frequently there will be wear and tear on pieces. Our pieces carry a 3 month manufacturing warranty and will be repaired free of charge if there is manufacturing flaws on the piece. If damages are due to negligence/abuse we will still be able to repair pieces but this will be for the account of the client.
We would like to keep our customers happy and therefore offer a 7 day return policy. If you are not completely happy you can return the product and we will credit your account with the purchase price of the piece (this excludes courier costs).

We can unfortunately not accept any returns after the 7 days have lapsed, jewellery is not in original packaging, has been worn or damaged.
Return postage will be for the account of the client; please ensure that items are properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. When returning products please use a reliable service provider to ensure the package reaches us in tact. We cannot be held liable for lost/damaged parcels.
